Oi, New Year already lea.

I think it's been too long since I've blogged 'cuz work is just taking alot of my time. 

And because the New Year has passed quite awhile ago already, I'll just set 2 simple resolutions:

1. Earn and save enough money so I can spend comfortably anytime I want to.

I have lived thru' 2010 with very very little money and have squandered so much away on useless things I can't remember. I only made it thru' 'cuz I've been relying on treats or the $10 notes I find lying around at home or juz stealing abit from the sacred angbaos everytime I run out of money. 

Right now, even in 2011, I am living a poor man's life. Current check in my wallet: 5c left. Wow I can't even buy a sweet with that. Can go eat shit now.

2. Get to a local university and study a course that is related to writing/business/service.

I've been getting lotsa negative comments like "You sure can't make it to uni one laa" or "Just retain.". I've already prepared myself mentally for retaining but I really really hope I don't 'cuz it will waste one year of mine. And I know if my results really turn out bad, I'll still cry. But what to do? This is the end result for being stupid. But after joining Jwest, I found out I really like the service sector and it's something I definitely wanna do in the future. I enjoy seeing the 'colours' of people's faces yknow?? I like the satisfaction when the customers ask for your name and say you've been of great help. 1 week into the job, I already had a lady customer take down my phone number in case she wanted to come back and get the bag 'cuz she wanted me to serve her. hehe it's not about whether she really came back but that she even bothered to ask and save my number. Then you have those nasty (indian) customers. Gosh, they really treat you like dirt, most of them. Somebody help them see that they are not the high and mightiest of people.
