Happy 19th to Myself!

August 29 was my birthday - Happy Birthday to Myself! ^^

So this was what happened:
1. Boyfriend decided to come over early in the morning while I was still half asleep and surprised me with the Miu Miu wallet I always wanted (although the design wasn't exactly what I had in mind but srsly who cares since it's MIUMIU?!)

2. Took my own time to prepare which came up to 2-3 hours.

3. The boyfriend insisted on bringing me for surprise brunch so we hopped on a cab and guess where we went? NANDOS!!! 

So bloody happy 'cuz I've been pestering him to head over ever since I lost my Nandos virginity with Fiona & Sujuan. Now he insists to have it once more before he enlists next week

4. Sadly, real life had to kick in and I had to go for lecture.

5. Got picked up at 6.30 and was surprised with a P.Osh brownie cake. 

Nownow, if you don't already know, our love for P.Osh brownies is HUGE especially mine when I tried it first in JC and intro-ed to Tien later on. It is the yummiest thing on earth! Go Dhoby Exchange and order 1 and you'll know what I mean :) It's an instant happy pill.

6. Headed to Orchard Hotel for buffet with the parents.

7. Day ends abruptly after that.

8. Oh no wait. Was feeling upset even on my b'day so Tien asked me to check our scrapbook only to find a hand-drawn birthday card!! So beautiful :)

ps. Tien & I have a scrapbook where we paste the photos we take and the cards we write for one another or anything that should go down as a great memory.

 Had the most delish Crème brûlée and had 5 of those?! Mega fattening 'cuz it's mostly made up of sugar, caramel and milk I think. Even 5 isn't an overkill.

Just extremely happy for all the birthday wishes and that ALL the people who mattered did text me when the clock striked 12 to wish me which is exceptional because I am just a horrible friend who forgot every single one of my good friend's birthday this year (yes I did I kid you not). I'm juz a total failure when it comes to remembering numbers yet my friends are so forgiving and still make the effort to wish me on time (mostly). I can never thank them enough and ask for more. 

Even friends I thought had forgotten about me wished me too! Touched.

Also counting the 216 Facebook wishes, countless of Twitter and text messages all made me feel important and loved ^^
Big thanks to everyone especially Tien who is always there to make me feel special and is not a least bit selfish nor stingy and if it means he has to do something wayward just to make me happy, he will definitely do it.
